It is estimated that at least one out of 100 babies are born in Arizona with significant but often 
invisible disabilities due to prenatal exposure to alcohol-Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). 
This is an umbrella term that covers a large continuum of disabilities.
